Tang Su Yuan-yu

Recall the ancient legend in Qiao-Shan

Cradle-King Yellow Emperor died, passed away thousands of years,
River-Lu clear waves still run south-eastwards.
There is no eternal living for the human-life,
Only Heaven and the Earth never die.
I have ridden to the middle state
Where Ju-Sou the ancient name was.
Of it, Mountain Qiao towering over the left side,
And a clump of trees and wild grasses
Echo the sorrows of chill wind.
That was and is and would be the Immortal world,
But you and I as a little just like an ephemerid.
Someone said the dresses and a hat of the dead
Buried inside the graveyard,
Not knowing who held away the bow and the sword of the dead.
Sorrow cries and laughter shouting boy shepherd,
the Overcast sky and moonset, and fox roves around.
Thought to think of Emperor's graves to seek freedom,
To ensure the footprints of horses and wheel traces be right
At ground music-playing Dong-Ting landed the red-headed Grus;
And Yellow Emperor finally destroyed the Ci-You as the enemy.
Humbled with the help of Heaven made him fight the stronger;
And, the general li-Mu and the wind Queen similarly disposed.
Got lost in Xiang town and inquired of the first Young,
Return to the imperial town but met with none.
Seeking the Way in Kong-Dong Mountain and left no traces;
Cast vessels in Jing Mountain but the wild hillocks are all remains.
You see along the way to the foothill  the yellow dragon flew down,

 and his dropped whiskers broken

 transformed into the grasses,  the winds have blown

on it and whizzed since then.
