请不要和人比
无论比高，还是比低
挺直腰杆在阳光里
思衬之时面朝大地

使自己成为栩栩如生的思想者
不要成为呆板的塑埿
不懈开发自己的潜力
赢得路人的首肯或叹气

请公平地对待自己和尊严
直到上帝认可你的洒脱
值得他心甘情愿地祝福你
请代上帝爱自己吧！

来吧，相信我，相信你自己
毫无疑问，你的魂灵独特无比

 Love yourself

Don't compare yourself with others 
For neither high nor low,cheers 
Up standing for the sun in the sky
And looking down at the earth for why

Being a  thinker not for a statue, vividly
Moving back to fro to chase yourself,silly
In the eyes of passers-by leading empathy sigh
Or leaking a reluctant contempt and hide

Be fair with self-love  and self-respect
For seeing his nodding head at your cool
And for his fragrant blessing and his glad
Be loving yourself on the creator's behalf 

Come on, trust me, and trust you 
Without a doubt, you are a unique soul
